Data Deletion Instructions InterTech Groups LLC · Last updated: August 8, 2026 InterTech Groups LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used our social media management service (the “Service”) and connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other social media account, you can request deletion of the data we hold about you at any time using any of the methods below. Option 1 — Disconnect or delete your account in the Service Sign in to your InterTech Groups account. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and select Disconnect next to any account you want to remove. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored access tokens and cached data for that account. To remove everything, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your profile and all associated data from the Service. Option 2 — Remove our app from your Facebook settings Log in to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy → Settings. Select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). Find our app in the list, select it, and choose Remove. Removing the app revokes our access to your Facebook and Instagram data. Facebook will notify us to delete the data associated with your account. Option 3 — Email us a deletion request Send an email to intertechgroups.admin@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address or username associated with your account (and, if applicable, the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account) so we can locate and verify your records. What we delete When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, including your account information, access tokens, connected-account details, scheduled and draft content, and cached engagement data obtained from the connected platforms. How long it takes Disconnecting an account or removing the app revokes our access immediately. Deletion requests submitted by email are completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted. Data we may retain We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any such data is kept only as long as necessary and is otherwise de-identified.
