Terms of Service InterTech Groups LLC · Last updated: August 8, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the social media management platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by InterTech Groups LLC (“InterTech Groups,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using the Service, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Description of the Service The Service allows Users to connect social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage and to create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across those connected accounts from a single dashboard. The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and other social networks, through their official application programming interfaces (APIs). 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. 3. Accounts and Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Connecting Social Media Accounts and Third-Party Platforms To use the Service, you authorize us to access certain social media accounts on your behalf through secure, official platform authorization (OAuth). You represent and warrant that you own, or are duly authorized to manage, every account you connect. When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account or any other third-party account: We act solely as your agent and perform actions (such as publishing or scheduling content) only on the accounts and pages you have connected and authorized. We access, store, and process information obtained from those platforms (“Platform Data”) only as necessary to provide the Service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Platform Data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service you have requested. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and Meta Community Standards. You are responsible for complying with them. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: Publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates the policies of any connected platform; Send spam, engage in inauthentic behavior, or use automation in violation of any platform’s terms; Post to accounts or pages you do not own or are not authorized to manage; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. 6. User Content You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service (“User Content”). You grant InterTech Groups a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including publishing it to the connected accounts you designate. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to publish it. 7. Privacy and Data Deletion Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any connected account at any time, and you may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Disconnecting an account revokes our access to its Platform Data. 8. Intellectual Property The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by InterTech Groups LLC and protected by applicable law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law. 9. Third-Party Services The Service relies on third-party platforms and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties. Changes made by a third-party platform to its API or policies may affect the Service’s functionality. 10. Fees Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. Applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented to you before you incur any charge. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterTech Groups LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterTech Groups LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform’s policies. 14. Termination You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any connected platform’s policies, or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Arizona/Maricopa]. 17.
