Privacy Policy InterTech Groups LLC · Last updated: August 8, 2026 InterTech Groups LLC (“InterTech Groups,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a social media management platform (the “Service”) that lets users connect social media accounts they own or manage and create, schedule, publish, and analyze content from one dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and how you can access or delete it. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. 1. Information We Collect Information you provide When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and any billing information if you purchase a paid plan. Information from connected social media accounts (“Platform Data”) When you connect an account through a platform’s official authorization (OAuth), we receive and process only the data needed to provide the Service. For Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) this may include: Data Why we access it List of Facebook Pages / Instagram accounts you manage, and their names and IDs So you can select which account or Page to connect and publish to Access tokens To securely publish and retrieve data on your behalf for accounts you authorized Content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service To draft, schedule, and publish your posts Post and Page engagement metrics (e.g., likes, comments, reach, impressions) To show you basic performance analytics inside the dashboard Basic public profile information used for sign-in To authenticate you and display your connected account Information collected automatically We collect standard log and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, and we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate and improve the Service. 2. How We Use Your Information To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including connecting accounts and scheduling and publishing your content; To display analytics and reporting for the accounts you connect; To authenticate you and secure your account; To provide customer support and respond to your requests; To improve and develop the Service; To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and To comply with legal obligations. We use Platform Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Platform Data for advertising, and we do not build user profiles or sell, rent, or trade your Platform Data. 3. How We Share Information Connected platforms: We transmit your content and requests to the platforms you connect (for example, to publish a post to your Facebook Page) as directed by you. Service providers: We use trusted third parties (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Legal and safety: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service. Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. We do not sell your personal information or Platform Data. 4. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms Our access to and use of data obtained from Meta Platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We access such data only with your authorization, use it only to provide the features you request, retain it only as long as needed, and delete it upon your request or when you disconnect the relevant account. 5. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a social media account, we stop accessing its Platform Data and delete the associated tokens and cached data. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. 6. How to Delete Your Data You control your data and can remove it at any time: Disconnect an account within the Service to immediately revoke our access to its Platform Data; Delete your InterTech Groups account to remove your data from the Service; Revoke access from Facebook directly via Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations; and Submit a deletion request by following our Data Deletion Instructions or by emailing us at the address below. 7. Data Security We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, restricted access controls, and secure storage of access tokens, consistent with industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and authorities where required in the event of a breach. 8. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases for processing are your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell it), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with applicable law. 10. Children’s Privacy The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate. LinkedIn (Page Management) When you connect a LinkedIn account or Company Page through LinkedIn's official authorization (OAuth), we access and process only the data needed to provide the Service: your identity as the authenticating Page admin (name, profile photo, and member ID); the LinkedIn Pages you administer and their names and IDs; access tokens; the content you create, schedule, or publish; and page and post engagement metrics (e.g., reactions, comments, impressions), which may include the basic public profile information (such as name and photo) of members who engage with your posts, shown to you only as analytics in your dashboard. We use this LinkedIn data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use it for advertising, sales, or recruiting; we do not sell it; we do not combine it with other data; and we do not export or transfer member data out of the Service. We retain LinkedIn data only as long as LinkedIn's Data Storage Requirements permit - in particular, other members' profile data is cached for no more than 24 hours and members' social-activity content for no more than 48 hours, and access tokens and cached data are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your account. Our access to and use of data obtained from LinkedIn complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms. You can disconnect a LinkedIn account or Page at any time within the Service to immediately revoke our access, and you may also revoke our application's access from your LinkedIn account settings. Part A — Inter Tech Groups LLC: Website, Products & Services InterTech Groups LLC · Last updated: October 14, 2026 This Part A describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the intertechgroups.com website and purchase our products or subscriptions. If you also connect a social media account through a separate integration we offer, Part B below additionally describes how that works. 1. Information We Collect Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted), and, if you provide it, your phone number and country. Order information: shipping address, billing details, and the products or subscriptions you purchase. Payment information: processed directly by our payment processors, PayPal and Paymob — we never see or store your full card number. Communications: messages you send us through live chat, our contact form, or by email, and any SMS/WhatsApp messages if you've opted in to receive them. Referral & affiliate information: if you participate in our referral or affiliate programs, the activity needed to calculate and pay rewards or commission. Usage information: standard technical log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, only if you consent via our cookie banner, an anonymous internal visit counter. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising or tracking cookies. 2. How We Use Your Information To create and manage your account; to process and fulfill your orders and subscriptions; to provide customer support; to operate our referral and affiliate programs; to send you service-related communications (order confirmations, account notices); to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting record-keeping. 3. How We Share Information With our payment processors (PayPal, Paymob) solely to process your payment. With service providers who help us run the Service (such as our hosting provider), under confidentiality obligations. Where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service. We do not sell your personal information. 4. Cookies We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as site theme). With your consent via our cookie banner, we also use a first-party, anonymous visit counter to understand traffic — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. 5. Data Retention & Deletion You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us (Section 9). When you do, we permanently remove your profile, saved addresses, and related personal data. Order records are a financial record we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes; when your account is deleted, we detach these records from your identity rather than delete them. Your Rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. California residents may request to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information — we do not sell it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9. 7. Children's Privacy Our Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. 8.
