InterTech Groups LLC (“InterTech Groups,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a social media management platform (the “Service”) that lets users connect social media accounts they own or manage and create, schedule, publish, and analyze content from one dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and how you can access or delete it. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and any billing information if you purchase a paid plan.
Information from connected social media accounts (“Platform Data”)
When you connect an account through a platform’s official authorization (OAuth), we receive and process only the data needed to provide the Service. For Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) this may include:

Information collected automatically
We collect standard log and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, and we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including connecting accounts and scheduling and publishing your content;
To display analytics and reporting for the accounts you connect;
To authenticate you and secure your account;
To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
To improve and develop the Service;
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
To comply with legal obligations.
We use Platform Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Platform Data for advertising, and we do not build user profiles or sell, rent, or trade your Platform Data.
3. How We Share Information
Connected platforms: We transmit your content and requests to the platforms you connect (for example, to publish a post to your Facebook Page) as directed by you.
Service providers: We use trusted third parties (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.
Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information or Platform Data.
4. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
Our access to and use of data obtained from Meta Platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We access such data only with your authorization, use it only to provide the features you request, retain it only as long as needed, and delete it upon your request or when you disconnect the relevant account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a social media account, we stop accessing its Platform Data and delete the associated tokens and cached data. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. How to Delete Your Data
You control your data and can remove it at any time:
Disconnect an account within the Service to immediately revoke our access to its Platform Data;
Delete your InterTech Groups account to remove your data from the Service;
Revoke access from Facebook directly via Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations; and
Submit a deletion request by following our Data Deletion Instructions or by emailing us at the address below.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, restricted access controls, and secure storage of access tokens, consistent with industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and authorities where required in the event of a breach.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases for processing are your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell it), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 9. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
